At Johnson Fitness Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unassembled condition.

  Coordinate with our team to schedule a courier pickup or drop off the item at a designated Johnson Fitness service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
